The location was convenient for visiting downtown and restaurants. I enjoyed being close to places I wanted to explore. The staff were friendly and offered help when needed. One morning, I was in a hurry and the restaurant in the lobby opened right on time, allowing me to grab a quick meal before heading out for the day. It was nice to have that option without needing to go far.
The toilet cleanliness was not acceptable during my stay. There was hair in the bowl that remained for several days. The bathroom faucet leaked unless positioned correctly, which was frustrating. Also, there was no breakfast included with the room.

great location but lacking some modern touches
The hotel is perfectly located near all the key attractions, making it super easy to explore the area. The efficient check-in and check-out process was refreshing and made my stay hassle-free.
The overall décor feels a bit dated compared to newer hotels.

Comfortable stay in the heart of the city!
Spent 2 nights in a suite with a king and a queen bed and loved how spacious it was. The staff were super friendly, especially Brandon! Our room was clean and perfect for the fam. The restaurant downstairs had some great food too. Just a bit noisy from the club below, so maybe ask for a room away from it if you're a light sleeper.

The staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, the air conditioning unit left my throat feeling dry. Overall, a clean room with a great location near shops and restaurants.

Comfortable Stay with Great Location
I loved walking to nearby restaurants—especially the Ruby for breakfast. The staff exceeded my expectations with prompt service and friendliness. My room had superb sunlight and a breathtaking sunset view. For future guests, don't forget to request a room away from the street for more peace!

Excellent location and spacious room
We really enjoyed our stay in a King Suite which was very spacious and included a comfortable sofa and kitchen area. The central downtown location made it easy to walk to all the attractions, and we loved the friendly and helpful staff who made the check-in and check-out process a breeze. The only downside was that there was no breakfast included, but we found nice dining options nearby.
